GENERATION ONE ACADEMY™
ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
Effective Date: September 22, 2026
This Generation One Academy™ Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in Generation One Academy™ offered by More To Moi LLC (“More To Moi,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in Generation One Academy™, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Agreement, together with the More To Moi Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If there is a direct conflict between this Agreement and the general Terms & Conditions regarding Generation One Academy™, this Agreement controls with respect to the Academy.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Generation One Academy™ is a 12-week financial education and personal-development experience designed to help participants examine their current financial position, develop stronger financial habits, improve financial knowledge and decision-making, and build toward long-term financial goals.
The Academy may include:
- Educational lessons
- Short-form instructional videos
- Written educational content
- Worksheets and exercises
- Generation One Baseline™
- Written coaching
- Member resources
- Assessments
- Reflection activities
- Implementation exercises
- Live orientation or group sessions where applicable
- Digital downloads
- Completion-related materials
The specific curriculum, schedule, sequence, and delivery format may be updated when reasonably necessary to improve the educational experience.
2. PROGRAM TERM
Generation One Academy™ is structured as a 12-week experience.
For the Founding Class beginning October 19, 2026, participants will receive program access according to the enrollment and delivery schedule communicated by More To Moi.
Participants may also receive pre-program communications, orientation details, access instructions, and additional updates before the official program start date.
3. FOUNDING CLASS
The initial Generation One Academy™ enrollment is offered as a limited Founding Class.
Enrollment may be limited to a specific number of participants.
Acceptance of payment and confirmation of enrollment constitute a reserved space in the applicable Academy class, subject to these terms.
4. PROGRAM FEE
The current enrollment fee for Generation One Academy™ is:
$997
Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, payment plans are not offered.
Payment must be successfully completed in order to secure enrollment and receive access.
5. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You may submit a written request to cancel your Generation One Academy™ enrollment within 24 hours after payment is received and your enrollment/order is completed.
To request cancellation within the permitted period, you must contact More To Moi in writing using the contact information provided below.
After the 24-hour cancellation period expires, all Academy enrollment payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Failure to participate, complete lessons, attend an applicable live session, submit assignments, use program resources, access written coaching, or otherwise take advantage of the Academy does not create a right to a refund or extend the cancellation period.
6. ACCESS ISSUES AND INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESSES
You are responsible for entering a valid and accurate email address and contact information during enrollment.
If you:
- Do not receive your enrollment information;
- Cannot access your account or Academy materials;
- Entered an incorrect email address; or
- Experience another legitimate access issue;
you are required to contact More To Moi within 24 hours of purchase so that we can investigate and assist.
An access issue or incorrect email address does not automatically cancel your enrollment or create a right to a refund.
More To Moi will make reasonable efforts to correct legitimate technical or account-access issues reported by the enrolled participant.
7. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
Generation One Academy™ is an educational program.
The Academy provides financial education, personal-development education, life-skills education, and related educational guidance.
More To Moi does not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, insurance, or other regulated professional advice through the Academy.
Any discussion of investing, credit, budgeting, employment benefits, insurance, business, income, taxes, debt, savings, or related financial topics is provided for educational purposes.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional where individualized professional advice is needed.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Participation in Generation One Academy™ does not guarantee any specific financial, business, employment, credit, investment, savings, debt-reduction, income, or wealth-building result.
Examples, scenarios, case studies, educational exercises, and discussions of potential outcomes are for educational purposes only.
Your results will depend on your own decisions, circumstances, implementation, participation, financial situation, market conditions, and other factors outside More To Moi’s control.
9. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for your own participation in the Academy.
This includes, as applicable:
- Reviewing lessons and materials;
- Completing exercises and reflections;
- Submitting written coaching materials where applicable;
- Attending scheduled live components when you choose to participate;
- Keeping your account information current;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Asking questions when clarification is needed;
- Making your own financial and personal decisions; and
- Using Academy materials only as permitted under this Agreement.
The Academy is designed to provide education, structure, and guidance, but More To Moi cannot complete implementation on your behalf.
10. WRITTEN COACHING
Generation One Academy™ may include written coaching or written educational feedback.
Written coaching is intended to support reflection, accountability, implementation, and educational understanding.
It does not constitute individualized legal, tax, investment, accounting, insurance, or other regulated professional advice.
Participants remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on information discussed through written coaching.
11. LIVE ORIENTATION AND GROUP COMPONENTS
The Academy may include live orientation, group calls, virtual sessions, or other scheduled components.
Details regarding dates, times, access links, and participation instructions will be communicated to enrolled participants.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, missing a live session does not create a right to a refund.
More To Moi may reschedule a live component when reasonably necessary and will provide participants with updated information.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original Academy materials are owned by or licensed to More To Moi LLC.
This includes, as applicable:
- Curriculum
- Written lessons
- Videos
- Workbooks
- Worksheets
- Generation One Baseline™
- Assessments
- Templates
- Exercises
- Frameworks
- Presentations
- Written coaching materials
- Downloads
- Member resources
- Graphics
- Course content
- Completion materials

Your enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Academy materials for your own authorized personal educational use.
Enrollment does not transfer ownership of More To Moi intellectual property to you.
13. PROHIBITED USE
Without prior written permission from More To Moi LLC, you may not:
- Copy Academy materials for distribution;
- Share Academy materials with another person;
- Resell or redistribute Academy materials;
- Upload materials to websites, shared drives, communities, groups, or file-sharing services;
- Share login credentials;
- Rebrand or rename Academy materials;
- Present Academy materials as your own;
- Modify Academy materials for unauthorized redistribution or commercial use;
- Create unauthorized derivative versions of protected materials;
- Use Academy curriculum to substantially reproduce another course, coaching program, workbook, membership, training, presentation, or digital product;
- Record or distribute member-only sessions without permission; or
- Commercially exploit Academy content without written authorization.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to prevent you from independently using general knowledge, ideas, facts, or skills that are not legally protectable intellectual property.
14. MEMBER ACCESS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
Your Academy access is for your individual use only.
You may not share your account or permit another person to access paid Academy content through your credentials.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
More To Moi may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably determine that an account has been shared, misused, or used to distribute protected content without authorization.
15. MEMBER CONDUCT
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in any Academy community, group session, written coaching environment, or other interactive setting.
More To Moi may take reasonable action if a participant engages in:
- Harassment;
- Threatening or abusive conduct;
- Unlawful conduct;
- Unauthorized sharing of member information;
- Unauthorized recording;
- Intellectual-property violations;
- Material disruption of the program; or
- Other serious violations of Academy rules.
Depending on the circumstances, corrective action may include warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination of access.
16. CONFIDENTIALITY AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS
If you participate in group discussions, live sessions, or community interactions, you may learn personal or financial information voluntarily shared by other participants.
You agree not to record, publish, distribute, exploit, or publicly identify another participant’s private information without permission.
More To Moi cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality, so you should use reasonable discretion regarding the information you choose to share in group settings.
17. COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
Generation One Academy™ may include requirements for program completion.
These may include participation in designated lessons, assessments, written reflections, coaching submissions, implementation activities, or other required components.
More To Moi may provide participants who satisfy the applicable completion requirements with a certificate of completion and/or completion package.
A certificate of completion represents completion of the educational program. It does not constitute a professional license, state credential, academic degree, investment-adviser designation, financial-planner designation, or other regulated credential.
18. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS
More To Moi may suspend or terminate a participant’s Academy access for a material violation of this Agreement or the More To Moi Terms & Conditions.
Examples may include:
- Unauthorized copying or distribution;
- Account sharing;
- Resale of program materials;
- Harassment;
- Unlawful activity;
- Material disruption of the Academy;
- Intellectual-property violations; or
- Other serious breaches of the Agreement.
Where reasonably appropriate, More To Moi may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation before termination.
Termination for a material violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.
19. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND TECHNOLOGY
Generation One Academy™ may use third-party platforms or technology for website access, video delivery, email communication, live sessions, forms, payment processing, customer accounts, or other program functions.
More To Moi is not responsible for independent third-party platform outages, changes, or actions beyond our reasonable control.
If a technical problem materially affects Academy access, More To Moi will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or correction where practical.
20. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with Academy enrollment or participation is handled according to the More To Moi Privacy Policy.
Participants should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal or financial information through Academy forms, assessments, or questionnaires.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, More To Moi LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to participation in Generation One Academy™.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, More To Moi LLC’s aggregate liability arising from Academy enrollment will not exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for that Academy enrollment.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless More To Moi LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your:
- Material breach of this Agreement;
- Unlawful use of Academy materials;
- Violation of another person’s legal rights; or
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Academy materials.
This provision is not intended to require indemnification where applicable law does not permit liability to be shifted.
23. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any additional dispute-resolution provisions contained in the More To Moi Terms & Conditions also apply to the Academy unless this Agreement expressly provides otherwise.
24. CHANGES TO PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
More To Moi may make reasonable administrative changes to the Academy when necessary to improve program delivery, address technology issues, reschedule components, update resources, or maintain the quality of the educational experience.
Material changes will not be used to remove the essential educational value of the program participants purchased.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with the More To Moi Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any applicable checkout disclosures, constitutes the agreement governing your participation in Generation One Academy™.
If this Agreement directly conflicts with the general Terms & Conditions regarding the Academy, this Agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
