Foundation Strategy Session Terms & Conditions
By scheduling a Foundation Strategy Session with More To Moi, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Payment
Full payment of $297 is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise.
Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment may be rescheduled or refunded, less any applicable payment processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If an emergency occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of More To Moi.
Session Expectations
Your Foundation Strategy Session is a collaborative coaching experience designed to provide guidance, accountability, and practical strategies tailored to your goals.
To receive the greatest benefit from your session, you agree to:
Complete the intake questionnaire before your appointment.
Arrive on time and prepared to engage.
Participate honestly and openly.
Take responsibility for implementing the strategies and action steps discussed during the session.

Foundation Strategy Sessions are educational and coaching services only. They are not a substitute for licensed therapy, mental health counseling, legal advice, financial advising, tax advice, or medical care.
Any decisions you make based on our coaching conversations remain your personal responsibility.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important. Information shared during your session will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Communication
Appointment confirmations, reminders, Zoom links, and follow-up resources will be sent to the email address provided during booking. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.
Agreement
By booking a Foundation Strategy Session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation and payment policies.
